Booking Guidelines 

 

To lock in your desired date and time, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Please be ready to complete booking when selecting your service. The remaining amount will be due after your session. On the day of scheduled session you will receive an invoice for the balance amount of your service. 

Any extra props or special requested backdrops must be provided by the client.
 

A confirmation email will be sent once booking is complete. Please be advised that the confirmation email may be sent to your junk folder, please check all mailboxes. 

Cancellation/Rescheduling

All clients who wish to cancel or reschedule their session MUST do so 72 hours before their session, otherwise deposit is forfeited. Less than the 72 hour window will result in an additional $75 upon rebooking.

Lateness

You will be granted a 15min grace period, anything after will be $30 added to your remaining balance. After 30mins of lateness your shoot can be canceled subject to photographers discretion. Please remember  your sessions are timed and if you want a full and satisfactory shoot please come on time ready to shoot.

Photo/Editing

Photographer is not responsible to supply any additional props, accessories prior to, or during a booking (please come prepared)

Standard delivery window is approximately 7-14 days (items will begin to be worked on once final choices from your project has been made)
