Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The remaining balance must be paid:

24 hours before the shoot

48 hours before studio bookings

Late payments may result in cancellation.

Additional fees:

Last-minute bookings (within 24 hours): $65

After-hours bookings (before 9AM or after 9PM): $65

Scheduling

Clients must confirm the shoot date, time, and location before booking. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

A 15-minute grace period is provided. After this, a $65 late fee will apply. Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes may result in cancellation or additional late fees.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional or late reschedules may incur fees.

Bookings may be upgraded, but not downgraded, after the deposit is paid.

Creative & Delivery

FN Visuals (fnstudios) maintains full creative direction and editing style throughout the project.

Final edited photos are delivered within 4 days. Video delivery timelines may vary up to 14 days depending on the project scope.

Rush photo delivery (next-day) is available for an additional $65 if requested in advance.

Additional edits or retouching requests may incur extra charges.

Usage Rights

FN Visuals (fnstudios) retains copyright ownership of all content created.

Clients receive a personal-use license only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is prohibited without written permission.

Unless requested otherwise before booking, FN Visuals (fnstudios) reserves the right to use content for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Cancellations & Liability

Deposits are non-refundable.

FN Visuals (fnstudios) is not responsible for venue restrictions, client delays, weather conditions, injuries, or circumstances outside of its control.

All raw and final files may be permanently removed 30 days after delivery.
